Trade Show Logistics Coordinator

Education: 4 year degree

Experience: 3 years minimum

Salary: $30 K – 35 K

Travel: Negligible

Description: Area leader in trade show marketing seeks energetic, organized team player to handle logistics arrangements for multiple exhibitors in various trade shows and special events. Role includes coordinating and confirming show site services, shipping and travel to and from destinations, preparing proposals and estimates, reviewing invoices for services and expenses. Excellent opportunity for quick learner with good communication and computer skills who enjoys planning for success, handling details and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:Proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience in Mac software and FileMaker helpful. Trade show and/or event planning experience a plus.
